VETERANS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT

Thanks for your intrest in joining us at our Warrior for Life Luncheon. The tradition of this luncheon is making a connection between veterans seeking civilian employment and hiring representatives from business located in the Greater Houston area. 

EVENT OVERVIEW

• Our veteran to employer attendance ratio is 3:1 for this event, which has proven to create a great balance for effective professional networking. 
• Veterans are asked to arrive at 11:00 am and be prepared to share your 30 second elevator pitch.
• Every veteran will have the opporitunity to view a list of attending employeers and their posted openings if available on their website, as you prepare for the luncheon. 
• After employer introductions, each veteran presents their 30 second elevator pitch as an introduction to our employers geared towards your employment focus and goals. 
• During lunch, we encourage networking at your tables. 
• After lunch, our veterans and employers freely network, with the goal of making an employment connection.
