The tradition of this luncheon is rooted in creating real connections. With a thoughtfully curated 3:1 veteran-to-employer ratio, the setting is ideal for impactful, one-on-one conversations and genuine networking opportunities.

Here’s what to expect as a participating employer:

• Arrival time is 11:30 AM, allowing you to settle in and prepare to briefly introduce your company and share current hiring opportunities with the group.
• Each veteran in attendance will have had the opportunity to review your job postings ahead of time (if available online), coming to the table informed and focused.
• After introductions, veterans will deliver a brief, 30-second elevator pitch to share their background and employment goals with you.
• During lunch, we encourage organic conversations at your table—this is where connections deepen.
• Following the meal, you'll have time for open networking, with all veterans in attendance, allowing more detailed discussions and opportunities to move toward real employment matches.
