Career Gear's Mission Possible Veteran Career Transitional Series addresses the issues our Veterans face as they transition into the freedoms they have defended for us all. 

Every year 200,000 Veterans complete their service in the military and return home. Despite their unparalleled training and expertise, far too many have trouble securing a rewarding job, even now when the U.S. labor market is in dire need of talent. According to Penn State University “The Veterans Metrics Initiative”, 61% are either unemployed or underemployed. How successfully veterans transition after their service is a testament to who we are as a nation and our ability to attract future generations of service members.
